Law as a career is looked down upon, people thing who doesn’t
have any work those people get into law, but that’s not true, law demand great
efficiency and hard work, it is the day and night work of the advocate which
leads to a client winning a case. In our present century law is just not limited
tone particular field eg.litigation, wide variety of option are available such
as Media law, company law, labour law,IPR. With the emergence of top National law
school in our country things have changed further. National law school helps in
over all development of law student, leads to exposure national & international,
which helps in overall personality development of student, getting a law degree
from any law college will not lead top personality development that why it is important
that one should give best effort clear CLAT and get into any of the top National,
law school.
We will know highlight the number of option that is
available after completion of law course, important for those who’s thing law
has limited scope
There is nothing to be explained with respect of this
profession. This is the conventional route people adopt after their graduation
in law. I will recommend this career for those who already have someone in
their family members as practicing lawyers or judges. Indian courts just
function like sabzi mandi (this was stated by one of India's most eminent
jurists M C Chagla in his autobiography) leaving a less scope for the first generation
lawyers. Even if you are diligent and competent of moving things your way, you
will be only into your 30s when your pocket will be filled up with client fee
and table, full of case files. Many would challenge my argument stating it as
negative, but ground reality cannot be usurp by misguiding untrue, optimism.
Thus those who have lawyers in heredity should definitely go for court practice
because their clients is already stable and they will be inherit an already
reputable name.
Litigation as a career is one of the
most common route that law graduate opt for, but this route will be best for
those who have a lawyer in their family or have close connection with lawyers. Litigation
or practicing law has less scope for first generation lawyers, even if you are
hard=working, dedicated, sincere have the capacity to work things out. You will
have clients and money only when you reach the age of 30. But those who have
law as a family background should opt for this profession as they all ready
have their clients and they will inherit the popular name of their family.

4. Jobs with NGOs: taking law as a course can enhance your personality and develop social responsibility toward society at large. few students at present in their final year must be willing to work for the social service or other related matter, present scenario in respect of social worker is completely different, its value is no less than other alternative . infact capital consideration is small it is looked upt, fame prospective since you may emerge at the nationwide or international stage. A s a student of law gives you wide range for these kind of similar jobs. .our Indian society has expanded over the last 20 years, with has led to creation of multiple job in different NGO. Top NGO give their first preference to student of law, as they are familiar with law of the land as well having good research skill.
5.legal teacher/trainee:
As the education sector in our
country is rising at such a fast speed , Law shcool/university have to face huge
shortage of high-quality legal/trainee teachers. It is because of this that it has
led to an enhance in the salary and emolument simultaneously. Furthermore,
there are huge amount of administrative employment
in this division. Young law graduates once they are over with their LLB/
masters can also look ahead as a teacher in this field.
There are also a number of new arena that are emerging up for legal experts, and there is no scarcity of takers for excellent lawyers in any of the subsequent domain:
Social Law: Main purpose of law is to render righteousness
and justice, the public who need justice
and equity are the ones who in fact can’t aid themselves are not able to help
themselves. There is increasingly a small group of student and teachers in each
and every law school, these students and teachers who want to make a atleast a minute difference
to the life of the oppressed deprived citizen, and hence university has taken
initiative and responded to the need of humanity to organize young lawyers with
